Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) officially released notification for the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) February 2026. Candidates who wants to become teachers in Central Government schools can now apply online. The application forms start from 27 November 2025 to 18 December 2025.

CTET 2026 Eligibility Criteria
- Primary Stage (Class 1-5): Senior Secondary (12th) with 50% marks + Passed or appearing in 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed / JBT) OR 4-year B.El.Ed.
- Elementary Stage (Class 6-8): Graduation Degree + Passed or appearing in final year of 2-year D.El.Ed / B.Ed / B.El.Ed.
